What Stress Does to Your Body

Stress Effect On Body Systems

 

Head

 

Issues with mood anger, depression, irritability, sadness and a lack of energy, swings in appetite, concentration problems, sleeping issues, headaches and pain, mental health issues, like anxiety disorders and panic attacks .

 

 

 

 

 

 Skin

 

Stress can cause acne recurrence of problems in the face. see also face dull and depressed. skin looks firmer and wrinkles from too much thinking about things in the same time.

 

 

 

 




 Joints and Muscles

 

Aches and pains tension, lowered bone density. Stress can cause the body to feel weak and helpless. bone loss as well as loss of strength ION perform normal movements.

 

 

 

 


Heart


Increased blood pressure, increased heart beat, higher cholesterol and instances of heart attack. Besides that it also causes difficulty in breathing if too much pressure is acceptable.

 

 

 

 Stomach 

 


Effects of stress on the stomach is like stomach cramps, refiux, and nausea. Besides the disproportionate weight as a result of weight fluctuations.

 

 

 


Pancreas Problems



Emergence of diseases such as diabetes.

 

 

 

 


Intestines


Digestive issues like irritable bowl syndrome and dianthoea. Constipation problem also often occur as a result of strong pressure attractions. This person can experience digestive problems.

 

 

 

 


Reproductive System


Reduce sex drive, lower sperm production ( for men ) and increased pain during periods ( for women ) .
